Impact KC's main event each year is the Shark Tank, a chance for finalists to present their projects to a panel of experts and the members at large. Unlike the popular TV show, however, Impact KC's Shark Tank is an informal evening of food and drink, conversation, and an opportunity to see how Kansas City's nonprofit organizations serve the community. At the end of the evening, members cast their votes. Winners are later celebrated in a final event of the year.
